Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking an Instructional Aide in Pasadena, CA for a school-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule during school hours. The position offers both full‑time and part‑time options and pays up to $22.50 per hour.

You will support teachers during lessons, work with students individually or in groups, prepare classroom materials, supervise meals and transitions, and assist with IEP/504 learning plans. A high school diploma is required, and some college coursework is helpful.

• Classroom or childcare experience preferred.
• Experience with behavioral support a plus.
• BLS certification preferred.

Looking for a steady Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends? This Instructional Aide role in Pasadena lets you work directly with students while supporting teachers in the classroom.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students throughout the day, similar to a Classroom Aide or Teacher Assistant.
