Job summary

Instructional Assistant @ Saint Bridget Catholic School (Richmond, VA)

Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year.

The Instructional Assistant will assist the classroom teacher in delivering student instruction of the immediate classroom curriculum and will support the teacher in creating a positive educational environment in the classroom, effectively utilizing behavior management strategies, and completing other tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher.

This is a full-time, hourly, 10-month position (Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:00).

Requirements

This position requires at a minimum a high school diploma, and experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred.
