Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher with classroom activities and promote positive student behaviors.
• Provide oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate.
• Support school leaders and teachers by performing assigned duties per policy.
• Assist with planning classroom activities as directed by the Teacher.
• Support activities such as meetings, events, and chaperoning as needed.
• Perform clerical duties like grading papers and copying materials.
• Assist in the use of classroom technology and maintain classroom cleanliness.
• Follow the school’s philosophy and mission in all activities.
• Perform other duties including field trips and duty rotations.
