Job summary

Rancocas Valley Regional High School District is seeking an Instructional Aide to support teachers and students in instructional settings. You will work with students in individually tailored or small-group activities under teacher guidance, helping with academics, organization and goal setting, while promoting attendance and engagement.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships, supporting SEL strategies, and providing coverage during teacher absences, with a competitive hourly rate

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work with high school students in educational or youth-focused settings.
• Understanding of adolescent development.
• Ability to remain flexible, calm, patient and solution-focused in fast-paced, challenging situations.
• Criminal History Background Check required.
• Position pays $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time benefits include health, dental and prescription after 30 days.
