Job summary

Galin Education, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Instruction to oversee our test preparation programs in Madison. In this role, you will directly interact with students and support tutor training, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include direct tutoring, mentor tutors, track student progress, and communicate with families regarding their students' needs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has extensive experience in education and standardized testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in education (classroom teaching or significant tutoring).
• Score at or above the 95th percentile on either the ACT or SAT.
• Ability to teach all sections of the ACT and SAT.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Director of Test Prep and tutors.
• Support student success by tracking progress and communicating with families.
• Conduct at least 15 tutoring sessions per week.
