Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Instock Manager to lead inventory management for Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will optimize stock levels, coordinate with Category, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, and drive automation to improve efficiency.

The role focuses on maximizing availability, reducing shrink, and enhancing customer experience. You will analyze data, identify opportunities, and collaborate across teams to build scalable processes that support fast-paced growth and evolving supply chain needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
  • 2+ years of Excel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory availability and health through buying strategies, vendor improvements, forecasting and shrink reduction.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and cost structure.
  • Perform complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Develop tools, automation, and process improvements affecting purchasing and vendor management workflows.
  • Deep dive Instock performance to develop insights for stakeholders.
