Job summary

Chewy, a leading pet ecommerce company, seeks an Associate Instock Manager to support the Dropship Operations team in vendor management, order control, and ensuring product availability. You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain management while developing analytical skills and contributing to Chewy's fast-paced business.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain or related fields, a Bachelor's in a relevant discipline, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies to improve Instock rates and on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support writing business documents and reports.
• Help automate tasks and scale processes for efficiency.
• Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
