Chewy seeks an Associate Director of Network Strategy & Analytics to shape the future of its supply chain. You will lead multi-year network strategy, integrating input from data science, forecasting, engineering, operations, transportation, and real estate to deliver actionable plans that impact Chewy’s customers.

You’ll develop data-driven metrics and planning frameworks, translate analyses into strategic options, and guide senior leaders on investments and tradeoffs across inbound,

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, with demonstrated expertise across transportation, operations management, network planning, or related areas.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including establishing goals, creating meaningful metrics, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience translating complex data and analytics into clear recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and build alignment among teams with different priorities and perspectives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to apply data analysis to complex supply chain challenges.
  • Deep understanding of transportation, operations management, and supply chain planning.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple complex initiatives.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • BS/BA degree in a related field.
