Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) team seeks an Instock Manager to lead inventory management and demand planning across online and in-store channels. You will craft business plans and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve stock availability and cost efficiency.

Use data to influence decisions, build scalable supply chain processes, and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with internal and external partners. Strong leadership and analytical capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates have 2+ years in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
• 2+ years of Excel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Instock function, including demand planning, ordering, and capacity management.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost.
• Perform complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements for purchasing and vendor management workflows.
