The Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Instock Manager with a strong customer focus to manage inventory planning, and project management for Amazon Go business. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative environment that’s more startup than big company. The Instock Manager will oversee planning and inventory management, as well as drive analysis and optimization of inventory management systems and processes to ensure we achieve world class inventory availability and health. Additionally, the Instock Manager will pursue initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and operational performance.

The Team

We are a small team that is passionate about what we do - we are excited about delivering a great CX to our customers every day. The ISM will work closely with Category Managers, Vendor Managers, Tech, Supply Chain, Product Management, and other Amazon Business units and our vendors to improve customers’ in-store experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel
  • 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
  • Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
