The Role:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Instock Manager with a strong customer focus to manage inventory planning and project management for Amazon Go business. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative environment that’s more startup than big company. The Instock Manager will oversee planning and inventory management, as well as drive analysis and optimization of inventory management systems and processes to ensure we achieve world-class inventory availability and health. Additionally, the Instock Manager will pursue initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and operational performance.
The team:
We are a small team that is passionate about what we do - we are excited about delivering a great CX to our customers every day. The ISM will work closely with Category Managers, Vendor Managers, Tech, Supply Chain, Product Management, and other Amazon Business units and our vendors to improve customers’ in-store experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
