Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Institutional Consulting Analyst to assist the Institutional Consulting Directors and their teams. The role supports client service, marketing efforts, and financial planning for institutional accounts.

You will help prepare meetings, updates, and presentations while learning the firm’s platforms. Ideal candidates have a strong client-service mindset, proficiency with MS Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Additional product licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support ICD/team in client service activities and meeting preparation.
• Assist with digital marketing, portfolio reporting, and client presentations.
• Prepare institutional client reports and financial plans from firm-approved systems.
• Contribute to research and participation in client/prospect meetings as needed.
• Support firm initiatives and special projects directed by local management.
