Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in asset management, financial services, investment communications, institutional client service, product support, RFP/content development, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of asset management, investment products, portfolio construction, performance drivers, and institutional client needs.
• Interest in responsible investing and sustainable investing approaches; prior exposure preferred.
• Ability to synthesize investment information and produce clear, accurate, and polished written materials for professional audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort preparing presentations, client materials, and internal briefing documents.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to partner effectively across investment, sales, marketing, product, and compliance teams.
• Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capability, and a desire to build deeper investment and client strategy expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward or interest in CFA, CAIA, MBA, or other relevant credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of institutional investment materials, including pitchbooks, one-pagers, client updates, fund commentaries, market insights, and thought leadership content.
• Translate investment process, portfolio positioning, performance context, and responsible investing themes into client-facing messaging.
• Coordinate content review and approval workflows with marketing, product, portfolio management, research, engagement, and compliance.
• Build scalable content frameworks connecting Calvert’s capabilities and institutional needs.
