Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a field relevant to the position.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Willingness to obtain the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Knowledge of financial services products and services.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service coverage for the Graystone team, assisting the ICD/team in presenting updates and preparing for meetings.
• Support business development efforts through digital and in-person marketing, reports, and client communications.
• Assist with research using firm-approved systems and participate in client/prospect meetings as needed.
• Contribute to firm initiatives and special projects directed by local management.
