Job summary

Corgi is seeking experienced institutional options sales traders to grow our business across listed options and equity derivatives. You will develop and manage relationships with long-only asset managers, pension funds and hedge funds, and provide market color and execution guidance on client options orders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in institutional sales-trading with established client bases and a track record of revenue generation. Series 7/63 and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

We're seeking entrepreneurial sales traders who bring:

• Established institutional buy-side relationships and a demonstrated record of generating revenue
• Experience developing business driven primarily by client-initiated options order flow
• An understanding of institutional investors' execution needs
• Strong communication skills and long-term client relationships
• Accountability, collaboration and disciplined execution
• An interest in helping build and grow the desk

Candidates should generally have five or more years of institutional sales-trading experience. We'll also consider candidates with fewer years who already cover their own institutional accounts.

Series 7 and 63 registrations are required, with additional registrations required depending on assigned activities. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain all registrations and approvals required for the role. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
