Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
• 3+ years in product development/management or related field required
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to learn new software
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• The CIB Institutional Sales-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.
• Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.
• Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Performs transaction due diligence.
• Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations.
• Researches and analyzes industries and market data.
