Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years' relevant experience required.
• Experience with accreditation standards and processes is preferred.
• Master’s degree in data analytics, data visualization, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and describe data verbally and visually.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strict deadlines, multiple priorities, and concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and report the key performance indicators of the institution's strategic plan.
• Provide reliable and accurate statistics about the college for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the Director of IR on data collection and surveys administration.
• Respond to ad hoc data and report requests from college constituencies.
• Maintain currency in higher education data and accreditation trends, including literature.
