Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, psychology, education, or related discipline.
• Two years' experience conducting education or social science research in a higher education setting using data analysis, research methods, and statistics.
• Proficiency with SPSS or SAS and database query reporting tools.
• Experience in institutional research methodology, needs assessment, strategic planning, data collection and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Research design for campus-level institutional effectiveness projects.
• Conduct evidence-based research and measurement studies to inform policies.
• Develop research strategies using institutional ERPs, databases, and external sources.
• Organize and manage research projects ensuring data validity.
• Develop analytical models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify patterns in institutional data and recommend actions.
