Job summary

Victory Capital Management in Brooklyn, Ohio, is seeking a Relationship Associate to support our Institutional Sales team. You will professionally communicate with institutional clients and internal staff while providing information, analysis and support.

You will help prepare monthly or quarterly reports, assist with data requests, coordinate with investment teams to detail performance, and support the sales force in expanding our institutional presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
3+ years’ experience in asset management or related financial field.
Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly or quarterly reports with Relationship Managers.
Assist with data requests from clients and internal partners.
Coordinate with investment teams to detail strategy performance and positioning.
Streamline data gathering and distribution processes.
Support the sales team to expand our institutional market presence.
Provide competitive intelligence to the sales group as needed.
Help develop and enhance our social media presence.
