Victory Capital is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Institutional Team in Brooklyn, Ohio. You will professionally communicate with institutional clients and internal staff while providing information, analysis and support to assist in client reporting and data requests.

This role offers exposure to our integrated platform, collaboration with Relationship Managers and Sales Officers, and the potential to grow into a Relationship Manager or Sales Officer focused

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in asset management or related financial field.
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver monthly or quarterly reports in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Assist with data requests from clients and internal partners.
• Work with investment teams to detail strategy performance and positioning.
• Assist in streamlining data gathering and distribution; support sales in expanding institutional presence.
• Deliver competitive information to the sales team as requested.
• Develop and enhance our social media presence through individual efforts.
