As a CSS, you will prepare custodian paperwork, process transfers, update accounts, and support tax-season activities while coordinating with advisors. This on-site role in Boston offers growth, teamwork and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high level of Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare custodian paperwork to establish accounts for individuals, trusts, or entities.
• Process transfers via check requests, wires, ACAT, and update account information.
• Prepare manager paperwork for managed accounts and coordinate with Advisors.
• Assist in tax-related document gathering and reporting; support payroll/billing tasks as needed.
• Provide general office support, including phones, scanning, and document management.
