Job summary

Corient is seeking an organized professional to join our Institutional Relationships team, focusing on operational administration, access management, and project execution within a financial services environment.

You will support custodians and brokers, drive process improvements, and help ensure compliance data delivery while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is onsite four days per week in a US location.

Qualifications

• Project coordination skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid data analysis skills and experience with Excel, including formulas, pivots, data cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as firm security administrator for custodian access and permissions.
• Support setup, maintenance, and oversight of institutional structures with custodians and brokers.
• Adhere to processes around access and security administration for custodians and partners.
• Field internal requests, escalate as needed, and drive resolution on items.
• Support institutional transitions and integrations during organizational events.
• Execute key project elements to optimize institutional relationships and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline internal processes.
• Assist in delivering data to meet compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Reconcile data to support goals of institutional relationships.
• Serve as a key contact to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
