Job summary

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees seeks an Institutional Research Analyst to design, develop, and implement departmental processes and reporting. This role coordinates data reporting for internal and external stakeholders and supports administrative functions for the Office of Institutional Research.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with campus partners, maintain reporting continuity, and assist in presenting findings while ensuring FERPA compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (e.g., Banner or Workday) or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of higher education reporting (IPEDS) and federal definitions.
• Administrative experience in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support data reporting for state, federal, and accrediting agencies.
• Coordinate internal and external data reporting tasks for IR.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual status reports.
• Assist in developing materials and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain the IR office website and support ad-hoc data requests.
