Job summary

Belmont College is seeking an Institutional Research Data Analyst/Database Administrator to manage Administrative Information Systems under the Executive Vice President/COO/ALO. You will ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, while coordinating programming and operations staff.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Jenzabar, and the ability to develop database solutions, reports, and interfaces across various data sources.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Access; knowledge of reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; higher education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assume decision-making in absence of IR Director.
• Develop database solutions for high-speed access, security, and data sharing.
• Set admin AIS task priorities and oversee data reporting for internal/external users.
• Design new applications, processes, and reports for administrative use.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of databases.
