Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training including food safety and sanitation.
• Two years cooking experience in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to menus and recipes.
• Receives unpacked and inventories food deliveries; stores raw foods per policy.
• Oversees storage and rotation of cooked foods; uses FIFO.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow clients' dietary needs.
• Attends required in-service trainings and participates in organizational activities.
