Responsibilities

• Cook large-scale quantities in school, hospital or other institution.
• Confers with agency personnel and reviews menus to plan quantities and substitutes.
• Roast, fry, boil, broil and season foods daily.
• Operate kitchen equipment and utensils to portion/prepare food.
• Weigh portions and store food properly to prevent spoilage.
