Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Institutional Infrastructure Solutions group delivers end-to-end client service for institutional and family office clients. The Institutional Client Specialist focuses on onboarding, maintenance, investment execution, asset aggregation, reporting and billing, ensuring high-quality service and rigorous documentation across complex entity structures.

The role requires strong client relationships, ownership mindset, and collaboration with Investment Officers, Financial Advisors,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Active Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required.
Additional product licenses may be required.
Alternative investments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain institutional client relationships by delivering timely, high-quality service; resolve inquiries and ensure records are current.
Onboard new institutional clients and support contract creation/execution and account setup requirements.
Collaborate with Investment Officers and Financial Advisors to share best practices and improve service delivery.
Process alternative investment documentation and coordinate with custodians and fund managers as needed.
Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues with clear communication and timely follow-through.
