Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of retirement plans and institutional clients.
• Deliver enrollment and education programs for retirement plan participants.
• Support outreach sales campaigns with Institutional SVP.
• Prepare marketing materials and client reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA and OCC regulations.
• Act as primary contact for participant service requests.
