Job summary

BankIowa is seeking an Investment Client Strategy Associate to support strategic growth within the Investment Division. The role involves partnering with advisors to deliver portfolio monitoring, client review preparation and wealth planning analysis.

You will proactively identify opportunities as a strategic resource, develop client presentations, and help advisors deepen relationships and grow assets. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial acumen to interpret data.
Ability to develop client presentations and communicate recommendations to leadership.
Proven organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

Monitor advisory portfolios for allocation drift, cash balances, concentrated positions and risk changes.
Analyze client relationships, investment activity, portfolio trends, revenue, profitability and other business metrics to identify opportunities.
Partner with investment professionals to understand client needs and develop strategies to deepen relationships.
Proactively identify opportunities to capture additional client assets and strengthen client relationships.
Assist in identifying opportunities to introduce investment products aligned with client objectives and advisor recommendations.
Coordinate key client strategy initiatives with follow-up, accountability and execution.
Identify rebalancing opportunities.
Maintain understanding of bank policies, regulatory requirements and investment practices.
Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor.
