Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee to grow in quality, customer service and installation of our automotive protection products. You will learn the proper installation methods and support teams across local XPEL locations.

In this trainee role you will install with care, maintain professional relationships with customers both wholesale and retail, and demonstrate punctual attendance with a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive high-end vehicles safely.
  • Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
  • Must listen and follow instructions well.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

  • Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
  • Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
  • Must listen and follow instructions well
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
