Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee to grow in quality, customer service, and product installation. You will train to install with excellence while maintaining strong relationships with local wholesale and retail customers.

You will also transport vehicles to sites as needed and uphold reliable attendance, with additional related duties as assigned. XPEL is an equal opportunity employer celebrating diversity.

Core Duties:

• Train and learn the proper way to:
• Install with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
