XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee in Ocala, FL, focused on growing in quality, customer service, and product installation. The role emphasizes learning proper installation methods and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, both wholesale and retail.

You will also be responsible for transporting vehicles to XPEL facilities and other locations, while maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and insurability required.
• Ability to safely drive high‑end vehicles.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers.

• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
