SESCO LLC is seeking an Installation Technician (Local candidates) in Green Bay, WI. You will lead field teams to install fall protection systems and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at customer sites.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, ability to work at height, and coordinating with management on project delivery. Travel up to 50% with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable to duties and as a company team member.
• Broad experience and knowledge of general construction, especially at working at height.
• Good communication skills through verbal and written means with co-workers, customers and vendors.
• Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools.
• Certification of lift equipment, either have or ability to obtain.
• Meet physical demands of lifting and climbing along with working at height requirements.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to attain.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to submit to a drug/background screen.
• Travel approximately 50%.
