We are seeking an Experienced Installer & Service Technician to join our team at AES Hearth & Patio, a leading retailer of Alternative Heating, Custom Fireplaces, and Outdoor Living Products with locations in Camp Hill, Newville, and Burnham. Our growing Service & Installation Department in Burnham and Newville is looking for a new team member!

This role involves performing services and installations of Gas, Pellet, and Wood hearth appliances.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and troubleshooting Heat-n-Glo, Harman, Quadrafire, Hearthstone, and other manufacturers' products
• Installing gas, pellet, and wood stoves, inserts, and fireplaces
• Safely working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and roofs

Ideal candidates will have:

• A friendly, team-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• At least two years of experience as a Lead Technician and Hearth Appliance Installer
• Current Certification or the ability to pass NFI Gas Certification within one year
• Experience with computer-based invoicing software (we use Evosus on mobile devices)
