ZINTEX Remodeling Group in Bartlett, TN is seeking an Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer (1099 Contractor). You will be responsible for precise installation of acrylic shower/bath systems and related components at customer sites, following company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates own essential tools, have carpentry experience, and can travel to job sites as needed. The role requires a reliable vehicle and the ability to lift heavy loads and read technical instructions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience.
• Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and square.
• Own truck or trailer to transport materials is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Must read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer - 1099 Contractor

Job Location: Bartlett, TN 38133

Position Type: Contractor (1099)

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (Commission/year)

Travel: Road Warrior

The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all our products at the job site according to our procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Successfully demo, replace and/or expand tub or shower, install all new plumbing valves, PEX, new fixtures, new acrylic wall surrounds. Projects may also include new luxury vinyl flooring, cabinets, countertops, some drywall work/repair – so Installers must have a well- rounded construction background.
• Adhere to all ZINTEX Remodeling Group's installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.
• Always maintain a professional appearance when on a project in our customer's home.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new tub/shower.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.

Qualifications

• Must own truck, box truck, full-size van or trailer to transport materials to the home sites.
• Must have tools needed to complete projects.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Possess 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience and be able to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use power tools such as drill and jigsaw.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions.
• Problem solver.
• Work independently.
• Solid work ethic.
• Personal enclosed trailer preferred; but not required.
