Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to load, prepare, and install windows and doors across Minnesota. You will identify and deliver materials, perform precise cuts, and ensure safe removal of old units while installing Fibrex trims and related components.

A focus on safety and quality is essential. Responsibilities include site prep, inventory audits, and providing excellent homeowner experiences while maintaining vehicle and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience installing windows/doors is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Load and locate job site materials from material sheets.
• Prepare openings for installations including Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Safely remove old windows/doors and install Fibrex trim.
• Audit truck stock and tools; maintain company vehicle per policy.
• Provide homeowner delight through quality work and safety compliance.
