Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking skilled installers to support window and door installations across multiple sites, including Brainerd. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company trucks to satellite locations weekly.

You will prepare openings, perform trims and flashing, and ensure accurate cuts and safe removal of old units. Strong safety practices and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Window and Door installation experience is required.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• OSHA regulations and safe work practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and load job site materials from material sheet.
• Drive company truck to Brainerd and satellite locations weekly.
• Perform opening preparation for installations and proper flashing.
• Install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim as needed.
• Maintain truck stock and assist FieldTechs or Installation Manager as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet
• *MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE* This job does require driving company truck to Brainerd and other satellite locations weekly.*
• Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold
• Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap)
• Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction.
• Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32”
• Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property
• Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim
• Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging property
• Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operations
• Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervision
• Address installation concerns with FieldTechsorInstallationManager
• Maintains company vehicle in accordance with FleetPolicy
• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
• Assist in delivering homeowner delight
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diplomaor equivalent experience
• Window and Door installation experience
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware
• Generalunderstanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments
• Safety knowledge of all equipment
• Properusageand understanding of PPE
• Valid Driver’s Licensewith ability to pass a fleet check*MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE* This job does require driving company truck to Brainerd and other satellite locations weekly.*

PAY RANGE:

$18.88 - $28.32

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
