Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in window and door installation; OSHA

Qualifications

• OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments.
• Proficient with power tools, ladders and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds and work physically demanding tasks.
• Experience installing windows and doors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs basic window and door products on a jobsite according to Renewal standards.
• Ensures proper insulation installation, water management, and flashing.
• Maintains safe work practices and onsite cleanliness throughout set up and tear down.
• Collaborates with other installers to maximize efficiency and coach junior staff.
