Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Installer II to install Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. You will prepare the jobsite, load materials, and work with the team to ensure a world class homeowner experience.

A valid driver's license and installation experience are required, with strong safety awareness and punctuality emphasized. Training includes CORO Safety, First Aid/CPR, and OSHA 10, with opportunity for profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Window and door installation experience preferred.
• OSHA safety basics and PPE knowledge expected.
• Valid Driver's License required; ability to pass fleet check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down jobsite to ensure efficient and safe work.
• Install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and flat trim; complete proper opening preparations.
• Safely remove old windows/doors without property damage.
• Coordinate with Field Techs and Installation Manager on site.
• Maintain productivity and adherence to safety procedures.
• Audit truck stock and load all necessary materials for install.
