TerraFirma is hiring for an Installer / Construction Laborer in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll work with an experienced crew, using all tools and training provided to perform foundational and crawl space work on residential projects.

Starting pay is $22–$25/hr with per-job bonuses; our installers average $55,000–$65,000+ per year. TerraFirma emphasizes growth with a defined career ladder and mentorship from day one.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and basements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Reliable, safety-minded and willing to learn; construction experience helps, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on labor including digging, backfilling trenches, and site cleanup.
• Assist with product installations under Foreman direction.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment.
• Carry and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Work safely in crawlspaces/basements and outdoors in all weather.
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and represent us professionally.
• Show up consistently and reliably; crew depends on you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Show up consistently and reliably — your crew counts on you

WHAT WE ASK

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor for extended periods
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, basements)
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
• Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn — construction experience helps, but we train the right people

PAY & EARNINGS

• $22.00–$25.00/hr base, plus per-job bonus opportunities
• Our installers average $55,000–$65,000+ per year with overtime and bonuses
• Paid travel time — when a job takes you out of town, your drive time is compensated in accordance with applicable state law, and TerraFirma covers your lodging + per diem.

Some projects require out-of-town travel with overnight stays — it's part of the job, and we make sure you're taken care of when you're on the road.
