Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking installers to join a fast-paced, team-driven crew. You will perform hands-on construction tasks, install products and services, and help protect homes with our foundation and water management solutions.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in our training and growth programs, with tools and boots provided and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces (crawl spaces and basements) to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather with safety standards.
• Follow instructions and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• Must regularly report to work on time each workday.
