Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an Install Helper to support lead installers and help ensure each job is completed safely and correctly. You will learn on the job while playing an important role throughout the installation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work safely on heights.
• Experience using hand and power tools in field installations.
• Capability to braze and solder equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers to complete installations safely and correctly.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, staff and coworkers.
• Attend required training and team meetings.
• Promote a professional, friendly work environment.
• Follow company policies and installation procedures.
• Protect client floors with drop cloths and wear floor savers.
• Re-check installations before leaving and ensure client 100% satisfaction.
• Explain system to client after installation.
• Maintain tidy trucks and work areas.
• Adhere to safety standards on job sites and while driving.
