It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Assisting electricians and installers during solar installations
• Carrying out tasks such as bending conduit, stripping and terminating wire, and maintaining an organized job site
• Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring
• Using hand and power tools to install racking
• Servicing the solar system as needed
• Laying out and installing conduit, disconnecting switches and junction boxes correctly
• Performing jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materials
• Adhering to all quality and safety codes
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $23.00 Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
