Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking an Installer to install foodservice equipment according to project specs, deliver, uncrate and place equipment, and coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades to resolve issues and stay on schedule. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand or power tools.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, basic Excel/Word skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel overnight. Forklift certification is a plus.

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent and experience or schooling on general construction and the use of hand and power tools as well as the ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints. intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel & Word), strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills. Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and driving record that meets company insurability standards. Must be able to travel for overnight stays. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Preferred:

Successful completion of an accredited Technical/Trade School and forklift certification
