Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking skilled Installers for the Olney, MD area to join our operations team. You will work with the Lead Installer to ensure projects meet high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

This full-time, on-site role offers steady year-round work with training and development opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on installation or carpentry experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on installation or carpentry in interior home remodeling.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.

Position Overview

We’re seeking skilled Installers who can hit the ground running and perform with minimal oversight after onboarding. You’ll work closely with the Lead Installer to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install full range of kitchen, bathroom, and other carpentry-related products sold by the company according to plans
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate with lead installer and team
• Manage tools and equipment on-site
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Follow timelines and complete tasks efficiently
• Other duties as assigned and requested
