Job summary

Sanco Thermo King is seeking an Installer to join our team in Minnesota. The role focuses on installing Thermo King equipment, following standardized procedures, and ensuring each installation meets customer needs.

You will diagnose issues with re-installed units using EDITH software, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders accurately. A clean driving record and the ability to work with hand tools, lifts, and ladders are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED
• Technical degree or certification is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
• Possess a clean driving record
• Pass a DOT approved physical
• Work with common hand tools, scissor lifts and forklifts
• Work on a ladder
• Must have your own set of basic hand tools and toolbox

$3,000 Sign on bonus The Installer is responsible for installing parts and equipment for the Thermo King dealership.

• Install new and used Thermo King equipment by following established processes and procedures
• Ensure each install is consistent with the next and meets the install standard and customer's needs
• Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using EDITH diagnostic software
• Perform PMs such as oil changes and inspections
• Complete work orders with all required information according to service policy
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification is a plus
