A1 Garage Door is seeking experienced Garage Door Installers to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential garage doors, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Candidates will benefit from a paid training academy in Phoenix, company-provided tools and vehicle, and a lucrative sign-on bonus. What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a garage door installer (preferably more)
• Currently employed as a garage door installer by a reputable company (for sign-on bonus eligibility)
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record), at least 21 years old
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and lift garage door panels overhead
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and work on ladders
• Expertise with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
• Basic reading and math skills (measurements, payments)
• Knowledge of basic software (navigation apps, Google, tablets, computers)
• Professional appearance
• Eligibility to legally work in the United States
