Job summary

Basement Systems of Indiana in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Waterproofing Technician to install waterproofing and foundation repair systems in basements and crawl spaces. You will learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to advance from Installer to Foreman and beyond, while upholding our core values of respect, courage, responsibility, and teamwork.

You’ll perform hands-on installations, operate power tools safely, and maintain clean job sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards
• Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
• Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion
• Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times

Position Summary:

As a Waterproofing Technician, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands‑on to install industry‑leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrated a proven track record in this field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
