Job summary

Specialty Appliance Inc. is seeking a hands-on Installer Helper in Basalt, CO to assist the Lead Installer with residential appliance installations including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more.

You will prepare appliances, assist with job paperwork, and keep the site tidy at the end of each job. Responsibilities include pulling orders, loading/unloading trucks for daily installs, and handling customer questions via the lead installer.

Qualifications

• Technical training may be completed on-the-job.
• Driver’s license required.
• Customer services skills and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner as a representative of the company.
• Able to lift heavy objects, above 100 lbs.
• Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Installer with install of household appliances and job paperwork.
• Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Responsible for cleaning work space before departure of jobsite.
• Pulls Orders for the scheduled installs.
• Assists loading truck for daily installs and deliveries.
• Responsible for unloading and cleaning truck at the end of the work day.
• Respectful handling of the customer and customer information; directing customer questions to lead installer.
• Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
• Responsible for warehouse organization.

New Hire Bonus: $250 after 2 weeks, $250 after 6 weeks, and $500 after 3 months from DOH
