Job summary

Specialty Appliance Inc. in Avon, CO seeks an Associate Installer Helper to support lead installers with appliance installations and related tasks. You will prepare appliances, assist with job paperwork and input electronic tracking data, and help maintain a clean, organized job site.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, loading/unloading the truck, and treating customers with professionalism. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy objects, and reliable teamwork

Qualifications

• On-the-job training may be provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (over 100 lbs) and frequent bending.

Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Installer with installation of household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, etc.).
• Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace and truck before departure.
• Pulls orders for scheduled installs and assists loading the truck for daily routes.
• Unloads and cleans the truck at the end of the day.
• Handles customer questions by directing them to the lead installer.
• Performs related warehouse duties as requested and keeps warehouse organized.

Job description

General Accountabilities

• Assisting install of household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
• Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Responsible for cleaning work space before departure of jobsite.
• Pulls Orders for the scheduled installs.
• Assists loading truck for daily installs and deliveries.
• Responsible for unloading and cleaning truck at the end of the work day.
• Respectful handling of the customer and customer information; directing customer questions to lead installer.
• Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
• Responsible for warehouse organization.

Job Qualifications

• Technical training may be completed on-the-job.
• Driver’s license required.
• Customer services skills and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner as a representative of the company.
• Able to lift heavy objects, above 100 lbs.
• Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.

New Hire Bonus: $250 after 2 weeks, $250 after 6 weeks, and $500 after 3 months from DOH
